Luna Brooch as a meditation on acceptance — the reconciliation of opposites within and around us. Through light and shadow, fullness and void, it reflects the journey toward embracing imperfection as part of wholeness. My emotional drive lies in exploring how differences, contradictions, and different elements can unite in harmony. The brooch embodies the meeting of creativity and technique, precision and imperfection, the polarity of emotions, composing a unique symphony from contrast. In allowing this flow, I celebrate the transformation, revealing the quiet beauty that arises when diverse elements coexist in balance.

The brooch is handcrafted; yellow jade has been carved from the rough stone and the gold has been drawn down into a very fine wire from the specially alloyed gold.
