We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Eligibility
To purchase from this wesite, you must be at least the 18 years of age and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.By placing an order, you confirm you are lawfully entitled to enter into a binding contract under English law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Product Information and Variation
All product details and pricing are provided for general information purposes. Due to fluctuations in metal prices, we reserve the right to amend any item price at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to represent our jewellery and its colours accurately; however, due to variations in screen settings, device displays, and browser calibrations, the colours you see may differ slightly from the actual piece. Each piece is handcrafted, so subtle variations in texture, tone, and finish are part of the process and charm. Stone and metal colours may also vary, and sizes are accurate within reasonable limits.

Availability of items may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Terms of Sale
All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to different VAT treatment. Delivery charges are additional and will be displayed at checkout.
Upon receipt of payment for goods ordered, you will receive an acceptance e-mail confirming your order. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Yeena Yoon Ltd.
International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or fees applicable in their country of destination.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
Terms of Sales for Made-to-Order, Bespoke and Customised Orders
A 50% deposit is required to confirm made-to-order, bespoke, or customised orders. Please note:
The deposit is non-refundable once paid, as production will commence on your order.
Once the deposit is paid, the order cannot be cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before collection or dispatch.
These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Lead Times and Shipping
Each piece is individually crafted. In-stock items may be shipped immediately, whereas made-to-order items can take 4–12 weeks for production. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
For time-sensitive orders, please contact us directly before placing an order.
Once dispatched, Yeena Yoon Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or customs authorities. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
We hope you are delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at info@yeenayoon.com within that 14-day period. Once notified, you must return the item within a further 14 days. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:
Unworn and in perfect condition
In their original packaging
Within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund, or within 30 days for an exchange or credit note
Exempt items:
• Made-to-order pieces
• Commissioned / bespoke pieces
• Customised pieces (resized rings, engraved jewellery, custom chains, etc.)
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a secure, tracked, and insured service. Yeena Yoon Ltd is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return arises from our error or a product defect.
Warranty and Repairs
Every piece is designed to be worn and loved everyday, but as with all fine jewellery, it should be treated with care. We provide a one year warranty on all pieces of jewellery from the date of purchase, provided it has not been worked on by another jeweller or the damage does not go beyond accepted patterns of wear. Beyond the warranty period, we will quote for any necessary repairs on a case by case basis.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or any products purchased through it.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, designs, and product information, is created by Yeena Yoon and is the intellectual property of Yeena Yoon Ltd. All contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.
For personal, non-commercial use, you may share content or download extracts only if you provide full credit to Yeena Yoon and do not alter the material. If you would like to feature fully credited images of Yeena Yoon jewellery in media, publications, or online platforms, please contact us to request permission.
Unauthorized use of this material may result in legal action and/or claims for damages.
Third-Party Design Rights in Bespoke Comissioned Order:
We hope that commissions are based on the merit of our existing designs. However, where you commission a specifically requested jewellery design with Yeena Yoon Ltd, you confirm that the design does not infringe the design rights or copyright of any third party.
In such case, Yeena Yoon Ltd acts solely as a manufacturer in respect of customer-supplied or customer-directed designs. Yeena Yoon ltd accepts no responsibility for any intellectual property infringement on the part of designers or customers submitting designs to be made by Yeena Yoon ltd. If an issue regarding copyright or design infringement arises, it must be resolved between the parties directly involved, and with no recourse to Yeena Yoon.
